HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?
Please send us a message on Facebook, Instagram or Whatsapp.
We will then guide you with the order placement. You will need to tell us the Label Name & Quantity.
We will tell you the price and answer any questions that you may have. Your order will be confirmed only after we receive the full payment as discussed.

PAYMENT METHOD
We are a new business and do not have yet the ability to take orders online.
We only accept payments through online banking (NEFT) and online wallets such as
PayTM & Google Pay.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Your order will be shipped the very next day we receive the payment. You should receive it within 3-5 business days

RETURN POLICY
Strictly No Returns. Until & unless there is a manufacture defect, we will only take returns if you can provide a video of the package being opened and can see clearly that the product had a defect when shipped.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is confirmed, we will send you a tracking number and the delivery partner details via whatsapp. Please go on the delivery partners website & track the order with the tracking number that has been provided.

PRIVACY POLICY
Except for the information that you will share with us in order to ship your delivery,
we don't take or save any other private/personal info of visitors/buyers with us.
All personal info is also stored on the servers of platforms you use to connect with us - for ex. Facebook, Instagram, or this website which is powered by Wix.
